Very good location and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a lovely big window which let in lots of light. Air con worked great (thank goodness) and lots of storage and hanging space for clothes.

Stuff was amazing, Juan and Samir helped a lot! The room was cleaned, tidy, cosy and its temperature was great as well!

It was a great location very central, 2 min walk to metro, 10 min walk to the old port and 5 minute walk to cathedral. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was exactly what I expected for the price. Standard hotel bed, comfy. Shower was good. No bath, not best view but I didn’t pay for a view.

Great air conditioned room located right in the city with a train station outside your door step. Let us check in very late, was a quiet room even with a noisy street outside, lots of outlets to charge things, free soap and shampoo, and working TV. Code for door so didn't have to worry about someone not having the key. Maid came everyday.

Clean quiet comfortable room. Good location close to the ferry terminal and numerous bars/restaurants.

The room looked just like on the pictures and was clean and modern. The room we slept in didn't smell like smoke at all (like some other visitors complained about). The breakfast was simple and good, they had fresh baguettes and croissants, juices, coffee, yogurt, cereals, jam but unfortunately no fruits. The WiFi worked very well and the staff was friendly. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated.

This is a budget hotel, so remember that you're paying for the basic facilities. But also know that the staff here are great, you'll get plenty of breakfast, it's quiet for a city centre hotel, and secure. If you're looking for a good budget hotel, then this one is great.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was bit small but it was fine for both of us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We slept really well. We were on the top floor. The location was perfect. We were close to the centre and Vieux Port, only 10 to 15minutes walk. Good transportation at the bottom of the road with the metro (Joliette - line2) and tramway which was regular.

The staff were fantastic at moving me from my original room, as it stunk of Cigarette smoking, and I’m a non smoker
